CAFCO® 300 Vermiculite Gypsum based Wet Mix Spray

CAFCO 300 is for internal use and may be applied with a trowel or spray.  It is lightweight coating providing very efficient fire resistance while adding minimal thickness to steel or concrete frames, metal floor and roof decks, and return air plenums.

CAFCO® SPRAYFILM WB3 Water Based Intumescent Coating

A water-based intumescent coating for the fire protection of structural steel. Sprayed directly to the contour of primed 'I' and 'H' section columns and beams and to hollow sections to provide fire protection for up to 12o minutes.  A chemical reaction occurs if there is a fire, causing the product to expand and form an insulating barrier to prevent the temperature of the steel rising to a critical level.
